Thursday, Twiggs County students head back to the classroom, but due to road construction, some of those students may have an earlier start. Twiggs Superintendent Elgin Dixon says bus riders need to be at their bus stops 15-20 minutes earlier than usual. He says that's because of construction on Highway 80 in Jeffersonville.
